Rowe to Show Robin Bruce Specialty Upholstery Line at San Francisco Summer Market

Robin Bruce, a specialty division of Rowe Furniture, Inc., will showcase a select number of upholstery styles in the Design Collection at the upcoming San Francisco Furniture Market, July 19-22. The eclectic upholstery line, debuted in a backroom of the Rowe Showroom in April 1999, now has a hip 3,500 square foot home of its own adjacent to the Rowe Showroom in High Point, NC. The line, presented by some of the trendiest specialty retailers across the country, is going even more public this summer in San Francisco. "We're ready to reach out," says Amy Archer, the enthusiastic and energetic retail-oriented merchandising visionary behind Robin Bruce. Joining Rowe'sMerchandising Team seven years ago, Archer is driving this business by combining her styling and textile expertise with a wonderful consumer sensitivity based on 14 years of specialty home furnishings retail experience. She talks about having a blast designing this line, designing for lifestyle classifications like garden, loft and attic, about amazing fabrics, about great feel and sit and outstanding value. "Robin Bruce has an unfair advantage - by leveraging Rowe's size and technology we can bring a line to market that delivers the fashion and comfort of smaller boutique line," she says. "And what's really cool is that we produce and ship our line faster and at better prices, too." "Robin Bruce will show in San Francisco because it's a place where we should be. It's where really sharp specialty retailers shop for ideas and products. We'll have our western Reps there, too- and they're really good, the best in the business," states Archer.
