Sleep Innovations Names Joseph E. Lynch President, CEO

Sleep Innovations, Inc., a leading branded manufacturer of Memory Foam mattresses, pillows and mattress toppers in North America, announced that Joseph E. Lynch has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2007. He succeeds Michael Fux, Sleep Innovation’s founder and a member of its Board of Directors, who has served as the Company’s Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since December 2006. Mr. Fux will remain a member of Sleep Innovation’s Board and will continue to play an active role in product innovation and customer relations. Mr. Lynch has more than two decades of global branding, manufacturing, and marketing experience having served most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Schick-Wilkinson Sword, an Energizer Holdings, Inc. company, which is the second largest manufacturer of wet shave products in the world. As the President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lynch oversaw the development of some of the most innovative and well-known consumer brands in the world, including Xtreme 3 ®, the first triple-blade disposable razor, Quattro® and Quattro® For Women™, the first 4-bladed razor, and Intuition®, the first all-in-one razor for women. During Mr. Lynch’s tenure, Schick-Wilkinson Sword achieved compound annual growth of 10 percent in sales and 25 percent in operating profit. He began his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Company as a CPA and has held positions at Wyeth, Inc., Warner-Lambert Company and Pfizer, Inc.
