Contemporary Stainless Steel Wall Clocks

OmniClocks of Eagan, MN introduces a new line of creative wall clocks for homes and businesses. The line includes 9 imaginative designs with original names like “Cube City”, “Organic Compound” and “Maternal Instinct” to cite three examples. Each clock is rendered in 16 gauge, hand textured stainless steel (approx. 1/16" thick). Each clock design includes either linear or bezier curve elements with interior decorative voids and complimentary open lines to complete the design. Each clock includes hour marks in keeping with the basic design. “It’s an artwork that happens to keep time,” comments Bill Schoenecker, designer and president of OmniClocks. Each clock surface includes an individual unique texture created with a hand-directed power sander. Surface sanding creates a shimmering, faceted quality which results in light/dark accents on the stainless steel and imparts a sense of motion. Maximum dimensions of the OmniClocks are 15-1/2" x 15-1/2". The clock motor is a single battery, 1.5 volt type with black minute and hour hands and a red sweep second hand.
