Hamilton Properties, which operates 200 N. Hamilton and 320/330 N. Hamilton showroom buildings in the prestigious Hamilton Wrenn Design District will open Market with an elegant new look and a new corner café’ which will be operated by High Point’s Grateful Bread. The newly painted buildings have a signature look and a newly installed awning that will eventually span from the Market Authority bus stop at the 320 N. Hamilton building over to the elevator at the 330 N. Hamilton building. It will create a totally covered environment that allows buyers to navigate the buildings without being exposed to the elements. The addition of a Grateful Bread Café’ will give Buyers a place to grab a cappuccino or a quick bite to eat as they take time to relax in the renovated courtyard. “We were continually getting requests from Buyers for a place to get a cup of coffee or a quick sandwich” said Lisa Shankle, Leasing and Property Manager, “so we built a small, walk-up café that will offer a variety of coffees, pasties and sandwiches. We have had a long, successful relationship with Grateful Bread and love the fact that they take great pride in their commitment to quality and flavor. Their breads, pastries and sandwiches are made fresh daily”. Grateful Bread also operates the restaurant on the 3rd floor of the 200 N. Hamilton building. The renovations are indicative of Hamilton Properties commitment to accommodating its tenants and buyers. Renovations for the 200 N. Hamilton Street building will begin after this October Market. Hamilton Properties is owned and operated by Capstone Showplace Properties.
