Home Furnishings International Association Continues to Offer Members Low Bankcard Processing Rates

Bankcard processors are incurring a significant rate increase April 1, 2003 from Visa and MasterCard International. Home Furnishings International Association’s group volume, however, allows it to offer members bankcard processing rates as low as 1.54% for an average ticket over $1,000. Competitive rates are available for lower average tickets, and the program continues to have no transaction or recurring monthly fees. “We have offered a bankcard processing program to our members for 18 years, and we continue to strive for the best possible rates and customer service,” said Mary Frye, HFIA President.
