IHFRA To KIck Off New Member's Week At The Las Vegas Market

The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association announced that it will hold New Members Week during the January Las Vegas Market 2008. In conjunction with the World Market Center’s Rep Appreciation Day, IHFRA will hold its week-long membership promotion beginning on Sunday, January 27, 2008. On that Sunday IHFRA will have a booth located at the entrance of Building A’s Atrium to give furniture representatives more information about IHFRA and its many member benefits and to kick off the week-long membership drive. There will be 2 gas card giveaways at each Rep Appreciation Day event (breakfast, lunch and afternoon cocktail party) to the first two representatives that join IHFRA at each event (6 lucky winners in total). In addition, there will be an on-site representative from QuadraSoft giving demonstrations of the TotalRep software solutions for home furnishing professionals. Drawings for prizes and free night stays will be held throughout the day by representatives of Accor Hotels highlighting their new IHFRA benefit discount program. Representatives joining IHFRA throughout the week will also be eligible for prizes drawn at the end of the Las Vegas Market. The prizes include: Office Depot gift card, free night at La Quinta Inns, free night at Red Roof Inns, $100 cash coupons for Choice Hotels and one free IHFRA membership for 2008. The IHFRA staff will be available throughout the week to sign up new members at their permanent office on the 16th floor of Building B, in the Association Suites (next door to the Retailer Resource Center). IHFRA would also like to show their appreciation to all members currently involved in the association. Any current IHFRA member will receive a $15 reduction on their next year’s dues when they refer a new member during New Members Week in Las Vegas.
