2003 AWFS®Fair Expands Opportunities for Dealers, Distributors and Manufacturer’s Reps

Dealers, distributors and manufacturers representatives have two specific new opportunities to reach customers and companies at the 2003 AWFS®Fair. The day before the show opens, Wednesday, July 30, is “Dealer Day” at the AWFS®Fair. This tradition allows dealers, distributors and reps with show badges onto the show floor before the show officially opens to visit with their companies, preview the lines they are representing, and coordinate customer visits scheduled during subsequent show days. This year, AWFS® is also providing direct access to VIP and Valued Customer invitations so that dealers, distributors and manufacturer reps can order them and use them to invite their customers to the Fair. In past years, these special invitations were only available to exhibitors. Valued Customer invitations and VIP invitations are designed to be easily personalized by the dealer/distributor, with a registration form on one side and the invitation to the Fair on the other VIP invitations are available to purchase for a nominal amount and provide the invited VIP Customer with a complimentary registration. There is no charge for Valued Customer invitations, which have the usual registration fees. Started in 1957 by the Association, the AWFS®Fair, is recognized as the largest industry event in the United States on the odd-numbered years, featuring 400,000 sq.ft. of exhibits and 800 exhibitors from around the world, along with the largest educational seminar and workshops program in the industry.
