Dinaire Completes $2 Million Capital Investment Program

Dinaire Furniture, a Western New York based manufacturer of casual dining furniture, has just completed a $2 million capital investment in plant and equipment. The company added a new 30,000 square foot addition to their existing 85,000 square foot facility in Buffalo, New York. Additionally, the firm purchased approximately $500 thousand dollars in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, including a new chair finishing line, a 5-axis CNC machine, a new double end tenoner, a new wide belt sander, and dust collection upgrades. The company also is in the process of upgrading its computer system network with the installation of a state-of-the-art ERP System, Syteline 4.0, from Symix Computer Systems. The new ERP system will provide the tools necessary to effectively coordinate the production process with customer demand, thus enabling Dinaire to provide shorter lead times on customer orders.
