About Featured Speaker Frank Spano: Frank Spano joined Decor&You in 2006 to lead strategic development initiatives capable of supporting and sustaining a large national franchise organization. As senior executive and key strategist, Frank is leading corporate initiatives such as the reorganization of the training program into a collegiate-based Professional Education Program that leads to national certification. He also designed a new business model around the multi-unit concept, which has ultimately led to 90 new selling platforms for Decor&You in the ten months since it was introduced.
As a design professional for over 30 years, Frank founded Design Associates early in his career. This comprehensive design firm, still operational, provides architectural, interior, landscape design, business development, branding, and image management services.
“Less is more” is Frank’s approach to design; citing the Taoist principal of the importance of negative space, “It is what is missing that is the element of good design.”
During his career, Frank has contributed to the design of over 500 commercial and over 1000 residential properties. He has had an impressive list of national brands as clients including The Trump Organization and Intercontinental Hotels.
